Exceptionally warm and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, balcony with a view, excellent breakfast, good heater for ski boots, nice location close to slopes with free shuttle.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Inexpensive with van service to & from the lift. No lugging skis. Also had ski/boot rental place across the street with 50% discount. Nice breakfast buffet and dinner.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff! the hotel is ideally located and provides a shuttle service that drives guests to and from the slopes, so you can relax and enjoy your skiing holiday. the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. the hotel facilities were impressive, and the entertainment was good.
Noisy Rooms and Poor Coffee the coffee at breakfast was from some sort of instant coffee, which was quite disappointing. the room we were allocated was quite noisy, and we could hear the entertainment going on downstairs till late at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally warm and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that offered a beautiful view. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered a great transportation service, with a free shuttle that would take you to the ski slopes in just 5 minutes. It was really convenient to be able to request pick-up times that suited my schedule. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was quite close to the slopes and there was a ski hire shop nearby offering discounted rates for renting skis.
